The tight rhythm of the facade is extended consistently in the rear. Terraces are elaborated in the depth of the outer walls. At the highest level the volume jumps backwards which results in spacious terraces for the upper apartments. The sharp angle that characterizes the plot is integrated in the plan and allows interesting configurations for the apartments.
